Message-storage capacity is 128 hours with up to 1024 password-protected voice mailboxes, that can hold 100 messages each.
It comes with four ports, to handle up to four simultaneous conversations. You can easily install up to five more KX-TVS204 four-port modules for a total of 24 ports, in a KX-TD500 system. Smaller phone systems can have a maximum of 12 ports.
The unit comes with pre-recorded voice prompts in English and Spanish.
