  • FREE UPS Ground Delivery on orders over $100.
  • Most orders ship SAME DAY if placed before 5pm EST
  • We ship UPS Next Day Saver (Red Saver), UPS 2-Day (Blue), UPS 3-Day Select (Orange), UPS Ground (Ground), and USPS Priority Mail (United States Postal Service).
  • Our typical order ships UPS Ground, however we get many requests for UPS Next Day Air for business critical needs.
  • All orders within the United States are shipped by United Parcel Service (unless otherwise specified). Our typically delivery method is by UPS Ground and arrives within 2 to 5 business days depending on location from our warehouses and suppliers.
  • We offer faster shipping methods on all orders. UPS Next Day Air generally costs $50 for shipping. Please email us for shipping quotes for your location.
  • For Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, UPS Ground is not available for those shipments. You must select UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air for shipments to AK, HI or PR.
  • Canada: Shipments to Canada will be sent by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Note that you will be responsible for any import taxes or customs duties charged. These will be collected by the mail carrier at the time of delivery. Check with local customs authorities to determine any additional costs.
  • You must proceed to final checkout to verify shipping costs, however we have provided a basic shipping chart below.

Payment Options

  • We accept Visa and MasterCard via telephone orders. If you would like to use another type of credit card, please follow the Google Checkout payment option in your shopping card. For your protection, we screen credit card orders for potential fraud especially orders to foreign countries. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are the same and correct for international orders to avoid delays in order processing. Any incorrect information may cause a delay in the processing of your order. Your order may also be delayed if additional verification of billing information is necessary.
  • Any fraudulent activity will be reported to both law enforcement and credit card agencies and maximum penalty will be used against offenders.


  • All our products carry a 3-Day DOA (Dead on Arrival) exchange policy. Any DOA item will be exchanged for the same item. If the item cannot be exchanged or replaced, we will offer a refund excluding shipping charges. Exchange policy begins upon receipt of goods (delivery date).
  • All sales are final, so please choose your products carefully. Damaged or defective items (DOA - dead on arrival) may be returned for replacement, not for a refund. All claims must be made immediately (within 3 days) upon receipt of goods. All references to refunds are only for DOA items that cannot be exchanged for the same item.
  • You must obtain an RMA NUMBER BEFORE sending the product for exchange by visiting and clicking on “Contact Us.” Please provide your EMAIL ADDRESS and REASON FOR EXCHANGE so that we can send you the RMA number. You may also email us at to request an RMA number if our contact form is unavailable.
  • If you do not call to receive an RMA number, we will not be able to process your exchange. Please specify a reason for exchange before the request can be approved by our customer service team.
  • Our customer service team will notify you by email of the appropriate shipping address. We highly recommend using UPS or FedEx which provides detailed tracking information. We are NOT responsible for any exchange/refund if the package does not reach our warehouse (purchase shipping insurace if appropriate).
  • Speical orders and International orders outside of the United States cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Write your RMA number on the outside of your package and provide a brief note regarding the reason for exchange and any additional instructions. Also include your receipt (make a copy for your records) and all original packaging.
  • Do not cover the Tracking Label with shippers label, tape or any other obstruction.
  • Special Items: Headsets, handsets, mouth pieces, and ear pieces are non-refundable items. This policy was created to protect all our customers for hygenic reasons (you would not want an item someone else touched). Buyer assumes all responsibility for the purchase of these items. If an item is defective, we will exchange it for another unit. We apologize for the inconvenience, however this is for the protection of everyone. Thank you.

Terms and Conditions

Orders placed do not constitute a legal contract until we ship the product. Acceptance of orders is subject to credit card verification procedures. We reserve the right to cancel an order if it does not meet our credit card verification standards, or we can not ship the product due to factors beyond our control.

Please note that, although rare and despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur occasionally. In this case, we will do our best to honor the price, but may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
